TERMS & CONDITIONS – SANTA PHOTO EXPERIENCE

The person(s) whose signature(s) appear on this contract, known as “Client,” agree that INSTANT MOMENTS (“Company”) will provide Santa photo services to the best of its abilities, in the manner described in this Agreement. This is a binding contract, which incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.

SERVICE PERIOD

Each booking reserves a 5-minute time slot with Santa. During this time, the Client’s group will be photographed and given the opportunity to select images.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

• 5 digital images (delivered immediately after the session via gallery link)
• 5 matching printed copies (provided on-site)
• Option to purchase additional images/prints at an additional cost.

RETAINER & PAYMENT

• Full payment is due at time of booking.
• Payments are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the Company.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

• Time slots cannot be changed or rescheduled within 7 days of the event date.
• If Client is late or misses their reserved time, the Company cannot guarantee accommodation. Missed appointments are non-refundable.

ARRIVAL

Clients are asked to arrive at least 5 minutes before their reserved time to allow for check-in.

PHOTO SELECTION & DELIVERY

• Clients receive their selected images and gallery link immediately after their session.
• Company is not responsible for archiving digital files long-term; Clients should download and store their images promptly.

LIABILITY

Company shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control (including Santa illness, venue closures, or technical issues). In such cases, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.
